When I became vegan, one of the things I really missed was ranch. I tried all the store-bought bottles and they just didn’t cut it. I wanted something that you would find in a pizza restaurant on a mozzarella topped salad. A ranch that tasted homemade and classic.
After testing a number of recipes, I have my go-to ranch, which I always have ready in the fridge, to share with you! I use it on salads, to dip pizza in, with veggies, pretty much to add a little creamy decadence to anything.
It’s really easy and can be made in 13 minutes or less. Just stir in the magic ingredients and you have the ranch you have been searching for!
Don’t forget the magic ingredient….marjoram! Some of the recipes I tried before didn’t use this. It really doesn’t taste like a restaurant-style ranch without it! Trust me!
Everyone’s Favorite Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise I like Veganaise
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons water
- ½ teaspoon dill optional
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients. Add more water as needed for desired consistency.
